Had issues with the set up and customer service **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** No response from customer service, emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and gave them plenty of time to respond. Complete waste of money, avoid and find better services, this will just be a waste of money. Maybe they were good in 2021, but in 2024, they are awful **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I signed up to get a better analysis of customer drop off rates on my site. ### 2. The customer support provides the necessary help, which is useful when I have any inconvenience. The video reporting has dramatically facilitated the review; this way, it is much more practical to see and evaluate the movement of our customers on our site, analyze what we do wrong, and maybe see what we excel in, to reinforce our qualities in our service. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** It is not easily customizable; it does not allow me to develop an analysis as I need it; you must be specific with the configuration to get perhaps precisely what I need. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** It is a simple tool, easy to use, and it is possible to get great results. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most significant benefit that it has provided me is to activate our website much more, somehow it was becoming lifeless, and thanks to Inspectlet, we were doing wrong and thus made decisions that would solve the problem. With this, we attracted customers and gave them the best experience. ### 3. Love being able to filter and search for specific sessions. We use it primarily to troubleshoot customer problems, but you can easily view a funnel analysis of sessions and look for behavioral insights. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** Sometimes sessions are not always captured, or there seems to be a delay in sessions appearing. This can make near real0time session analysis difficult. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily session troubleshooting, but also common behavioral analysis. Heatmaps and session funnels can help identify poor user experience and friction causing higher than desired bounce rate. ### 4. Work in real time what is essential to manage everything faster. It offers reports that are properly analyzed and monitered, they are great, they are all very complete and useful. It tracks every movement that customers make to our website and so we can study each step they take and that is the first thing that catches their attention. So we can fix any inconvenience in case there is one. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** In my opinion it is a bit expensive, however the payment is totally worth the effort. So far everything has worked very well, I can not complain about anything, all the analyzes are very good and complete. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** I recommend that you use it and apply it to your website. It allows to see each step that the clients give in the web site and thus to observe if there is some inconvenience to find solution to it. Its function is incredible, give it a chance. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Inspectlet we solved some small problems that the website had, with all the analyzes sent in each report we were able to completely study any failure that occurs and thus find the best solutions to achieve a high quality website. This is a software that monitors visits in real time, which is a really great feature, but what I most like is the data it provides. It's shown in web analytics that are pretty easy to get and understand. I like how this software shows me what the "visitor" or customer is doing and it shows every exact movement, for example: clicks and mouse movements. It tracks everything. I love it because it is so unique when it comes to showing data, and you can customize everything and filter the results. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** This program isn't cheap, and I think that other programs could perform well for a lower price, but I still consider this a unique software of its kind. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** If you want to understand how your customers use your website, then you won't regret using this software, it's the right one. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Controlling traffic on our website is our most important thing. Inspectlet lets us identify all the problems that are in our website so we can fix it. It is important for us to know how our customers interact in our websites and what they do there and what they don't understand. ### 6. The updates that do every day make it much more authentic but with better tools to work. It is extremely easy, learning to use it does not take time and they are simple, just to focus well, and you already have it dominated. The price is worth it and it is just for the great job you do. The tools and functions are incredible, they allow me to perform each operation according to my requirements and I like that. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** Inspectlet puts small limitations and that is a bit annoying. I do not like the fact that the sessions can only be held for 60 days, sometimes I need them for a little longer, and it's not like that. That makes the job completely difficult. Of rest, to worked very well, the cost is accessible and the tools are very complete. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** Inspectlet provides the opportunity to have a free trial subscription to test it and consider giving such a great software a try. It offers great options, with very good tools, just the right ones and necessary to do a high quality work. Test it. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We greatly improve the quality of what we offer. Inspectlet helped us a lot with all its complement and analysis. Our website is now much better seen, we fixed some problems we had regarding the correct prices and correspondence with the product, we found solutions and now everything is where it has to be. It provides quite complete visual reports, they are quite detailed, informing all the movements and interactions that users make on my website. Video quality incredible, the best. Simple, useful and complete interface. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** Although adapting is really easy, when I want to customize everything exactly as I require it takes a really long time, which delays a bit the work, however, that is my only inconvenience, everything has worked without any problem. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** This software has an advanced function with visual reports that detail exactly what you need to know about the users that visit your website.
