This is a software that monitors visits in real time, which is a really great feature, but what I most like is the data it provides. It's shown in web analytics that are pretty easy to get and understand. I like how this software shows me what the "visitor" or customer is doing and it shows every exact movement, for example: clicks and mouse movements. It tracks everything. The updates that do every day make it much more authentic but with better tools to work. It is extremely easy, learning to use it does not take time and they are simple, just to focus well, and you already have it dominated. The price is worth it and it is just for the great job you do. The tools and functions are incredible, they allow me to perform each operation according to my requirements and I like that. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** Inspectlet puts small limitations and that is a bit annoying. I do not like the fact that the sessions can only be held for 60 days, sometimes I need them for a little longer, and it's not like that. That makes the job completely difficult. I love the fact that their is no training our help manual needed to be successful with this tool. You can jump right in and master it in no time. The pricing has more than paid for itself in the actionable learning we have created. I can create filters to group together sessions for just about anything I would like to pull together. Any time I have contacted inspectlet with a suggestion or problem I have gotten and answer and/resolution quickly. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** I dislike the fact that sessions are only saved for 30 days, as many competitors also practice. Recently, they changed that and now you can opt for saving sessions for 60 days, at a moderate reasonable increase in price. Rather than a gougue of your wallet, as a few of the other place will do in order to extend session length. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** Use the free trial subscription to test it out. Or use the very lowest paid level. You can canel at any time without any impact. If you want all the bells and whistles and the large price tag that goes with it, still compare what you get in Inpectlet vs. the other option. I guarantee you, you will then question, do we really need all that? **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Inspectlet easily called out an issue we had with account creation that we were unaware of. Inspectlet also helped us indentifiy the fact that people are not interacting with our auto suggest functionality in the way we had thought it would be used. We are working on fixing that. Inspectlet helped us identify a production issue with pricing syncing to the site. This came to light by observing the add to cart button was present on product detail page, but the there was no price for the product present. ### 21. It can segregate the user by IP, country, region, pages etc. Tagging is also a very nice feature which helps the developer/Inspectlet user to quickly find the desired session to view. It has a simple UI which makes it easy to use for people with non-technical background. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** Although it does the job most of the times, but I had some bad experiences with the player. Sometimes it fails to load, or stops abruptly in middle. Unfortunately we had some issues (blank recordings) .. and for a website with a small traffic like ours, we always want to know more about our visitors.. but if this is not important to you, you should give it a try. **What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Studying users behavior. Pricing based off sessions instead of page views is great for those looking to record entire user sessions. The playback functionality is really nice with several options that make viewing large numbers of recordings easy. **What do you dislike about Inspectlet?** The inclusion of the software on our eCommerce platform conflicted with the checkout process and prevented credit card transactions. There configuration and set-up seemed to be point-and-click, so we didn't do full regression testing. HIGHLY recommend full regression and a close eye on eCommerce platforms. Also, the mask sensitive data feature didn't seem to work. We ended up having to mask all form entry fields which limited the benefit of the tool. **Recommendations to others considering Inspectlet:** QA QA QA before roll-out. Don't let simple include fool you for eComm site.
