And to take a screenshot when you want. It has a much smaller memory footprint than many other similar tools. **What do you dislike about Insightful?** I didn't like so much the way API documentation was drafted. It's somewhat difficult to find what you need at times. I think features that people would like to integrate with more should be given a space on top than being hidden somewhere in a lot of text. Or some way of visualizing about how to find what you need. **Recommendations to others considering Insightful:** It may take a while for a new user to get around how it can help you, but once you do, it's good. Initially it wouldn't automatically detect employees when they changed computers, then we figured that we should be using same installer that we used earlier. Now I guess they have made it more intuitive. And then it was a bit of an exercise for me to understand how productive and non-productive things could be categorized for specific groups. **What problems is Insightful solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenge was to be able to track our developers time in multiple projects. With workpuls it becomes easier for them to switch and for us to measure. I also like that only specific people are granted access to see the screenshots. The interface looks very simple and nice, you get to customize the reports to have access to timesheets from previous weeks/months. It also allows you to monitor real-time, being able to provide real-time guidance in case something needs to be adjusted. The set up was very easy, just a few clicks and my account was created. The support provided by the vendor was excellent, they were by our side the whole time, during our learning curve. It is also amazing that you can choose different apps and websites that are considered productive for each team in the organization. Not all departments share the same responsibilities and therefore, being able to provide such a level of customization is definitely a great option **What do you dislike about Insightful?** When I Open Dashboard, it loads another website instead of having everything in one single place. I would love to have a small bar/widget that stays on my screen the whole time (example is Time Doctor), that way I don't have to be minimizing the window everythime I want to clock in. It would also be nice to have reminders asking if I am still there after 5 minutes of inactivity. Of if the system notices that I am working but I haven't clocked in, that it sends me an alert. **Recommendations to others considering Insightful:** Workpuls is a great software, straightforward to monitor what your teams are working on. There are a lot of concerns from employees about their privacy; make sure you address this and provide an adequate level of confidence to them. Having an adaptation time, where they get to use the software without being affected (moneywise) could be a great idea; we did it while transitioning from another software and it helped a lot with the resistance to change all employees tend to have when something new is implemented. **What problems is Insightful solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management, productivity, transparency, working hours efficiency among employees. Managers are also able to track their teams. Financially speaking, you only pay for productive hours, which improves overall project success and optimized revenue allocation.
