Insightful is very helpful in finding out your team productivity. The way it gathers information is quite fantastic. Its UI/UX is amazing and quite easy to see all information inside it. Thank you for the review. Not having to go round asking people what they did today is the quiet win in all this: the answer is already there, and nobody has to account for themselves twice.
On the AI agent, it resolves a very decent share of what comes in, though not everything to be fair. We read through conversations daily to sharpen it, so the point about handing over sooner is a useful one to hear from someone using it.
Good to know the team behind it kept pace when you needed them.
