We juggle audit, tax, legal and real estate for different clients, so I set each client as a project and every service round as its own task. Creating tasks like "monthly tax filing" or "audit fieldwork" takes seconds, and my team logs straight into the right one instead of one messy bucket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Switching a task from one project to another isn't clean, once hours are logged they stay tied to the original. I've had to redo entries a couple of times when a client moved from tax-only to full audit mid-year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Manuel,
Thank you for the review. Knowing which service line quietly bleeds hours is the sort of thing most operations only discover in hindsight, and the same named tasks that make the bill legible to your client are what make the margin legible to you. One structure doing two jobs.
On moving a task between projects after hours are logged - that one goes to our product developers. Thank you!
Here's to fewer surprises in the margins.
Best regards,
The Insightful Team
