Preferring to fix things yourself rather than wait on someone is a reasonable way to work, and there is more built for that than you may have come across. Insightful has a help center covering most of what people run into, an AI assistant inside the app that will answer a specific question faster than searching, and guided product tours for the parts that need showing rather than telling.
