The best thing about this InsertChat platform is its ease of initial setup and using specfically for businesses when we want to quickly add AI chat and live chat functionality to our website. This platform's interface is also very clean, and its bot builder feature doesn't need any technical expertise. Their combination of automation and manual human handoff allows us a seamless transition from AI chatbot to live agent, very helpful for lead capture and customer engagement. Though this platform is user-friendly, it can feel a bit limited when it comes to advanced customisation, when compared with other enterprise-grade chatbots. Their AI response are good for basic sorts of use cases, but for complex conversations, it feels a bit limited; we need manual tuning and some more integrations. The problem Insertchat helps me to solve is the fear of losing out on missed customer inquiries on our websites, like a lack of real-time engagement, and also solves the problem of the inefficient lead capture process.
