What do you like best about Insense?

It is clean looking platform and it is clear that the team is always making improvements with customer feedback. The account manager provided a lot of help and was always willing to jump on a call. The customer service is great and onboarding was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

It is expensive for the services offered. Pricing is not competitive. They continued to increase pricing with every change they implemented. It was disappointing that early adopters were not grand-fathered into a more attractive pricing.

There needs to be a greater rolodex of influencers from different categories and social platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
