What do you like best about Inriver?

I like the flexibility of the data model and the simplicity of the user interface. I also really appreciate the ability to build custom features on-stack by leveraging Inriver’s standard components. Thanks to this, we implemented a mirroring feature between product variants and a mechanism to extend the same product across different markets. This enabled us to drastically reduce enrichment time by nearly 70%, cut potential manual copy errors by up to 80%, and boost cross-market consistency by 50%. Furthermore, by adopting a single company-wide data model, we maintain greater consistency across publication channels and use it as a true single source of truth. What do you dislike about Inriver?

Inriver’s APIs are complex to use and require a deep understanding of the specific data model and relational rules implemented within the platform. It is very difficult for team members outside the dedicated project group to understand the API documentation and effectively use it for e-commerce or online catalog integrations.
