What do you like best about Inriver?

The UI - The possibility to choose how you want to work in the work area. Do you want the card view or use the table view. Table view gives an opportunity to work on multiple items in the same work area. No export needed!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inriver?

It can feel complex, and some users may get confused at first. They often need guidance from a skilled in-house user or superuser to get up to speed. Still, I see this as a positive, because the complexity comes from having so many options and possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inriver solving and how is that benefiting you?

With more than 1.4 million items—approximately 850,000 of which are available online—each with images, specifications, relationships, channels, bundles, product groups, and more, Inriver enables us to consolidate all of our product data in one place.

With Inriver, we never have to worry about running out of space for product information. There is a place for everything. This gives us the flexibility to present exactly the information our customers need, without being limited by the system. If our customers need it, we can manage and showcase it in Inriver.
