What do you like best about Inquio?

To ensure our clients satisfaction whether they are seeking assistance from our agents or support bots, we use Inquio to maintain the quality of our support bots and ensure that they are efficiently handling all clients queries. Inquio provides us with advanced AI enhanced bot performance evaluation features which allows us to do quality assurance on our support bots and keep them loaded with the right answers to provide to our clients. Compared to before when we had to go through all client-boy conversations manually, now with Inquio, we get to do it all automatically which saves us great deal of time and also help us pinpoint bot issues that we used to miss. What do you dislike about Inquio?

What problems is Inquio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inquio gives us a more advanced approach when doing quality assurance on our client support bots by helping us to use AI technology to evaluate the performance of the bots and discover areas which we can improve the bots to them more efficient. We use Inquio to automatically assess all bot-client conversations in real-time which makes it possible to discover bot mistakes or misinformation as early as possible. Since we started using Inquio, our bots performance has greatly improved and we are able to keep our clients satisfied with the support they get whether its from the bots or the support agents.
