I appreciate the ease of use of InPlace Software. I'm excited to try the feature that notifies us when someone earns a low score on an assessment or evaluation. The confirmation email feature and the placement manager tool are very easy to use. It's nice that all of our data is stored in one place, allowing me to quickly communicate with all stakeholders in a placement and download reports easily. The merge fields don't always work well, and I get frustrated that I don't have more control over which merge fields exist. I would also like to better isolate agency personnel in merge fields. We had a lot of difficulty with onboarding. I felt like we weren't being heard and still run into issues due to the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
