What do you like best about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?

Inouvalon Eligibility Verification has been an invaluable asset for streamlining our daily revenue cycle workflows and managing front-end patient intake. What I like best is how quickly and reliably it verifies active insurance coverage, copay structures, and secondary payers in real-time, which significantly reduces eligibility-related claim denials and administrative bottlenecks. What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?

The biggest downside of Inovalon Eligibility Verification is that the information is not always clear or up to date. Sometimes, I still need to log in to the insurance payer’s portal or call the insurance company to confirm the patient’s coverage and benefits. It can also be time-consuming when the system does not show complete details or takes time to load. It would be more helpful if the information were more accurate, updated in real time, and easier to understand so we could verify eligibility faster and avoid billing issues.
