What do you like best about Inova Payroll?

The User Interface is the best I have encountered. There is a work flow that makes sense, and can be easily used by people of all experiences with HRIS systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inova Payroll?

Limitations around intuitive processes that have existed a long time in HR, and common things that seem hidden in the infrastructure. This is common in HRISs because the people planning, coding, building, and implementing these systems are never end users of these systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inova Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi site location with varying degrees of experience amongst leaders at the site level. There is little room for anything tangible or paper based, so a full electronic system is our only viable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
