I can’t say enough about how much easier my job has become since we started using all the Inova modules. From the ATS to onboarding to performance reviews—the automation has truly taken so much work off my plate. It’s amazing what a fully integrated HRIS system can do for us! The icing on the cake is having a dedicated contact who’s always there to help—whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or simply reminding me how to handle something I only do once a year. That level of support makes such a difference. I could go on for hours about the positive impact Inova has had on both ERISA and me personally. While our initial implementation was a bit rocky (mostly because we asked you to rush it!), the system has become an essential part of my daily work—I use Inova all day, every day. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a link back to the original email or message—something to maintain the full context.
