What do you like best about innovtrack?

1. It provides real time information round the clock and end to end of the shipment life cycle

2. Very easy to deploy and use

3. Has all features like updation, early warning, error handling mechanism, reporting and integration with our 3 PL

4. It has taken the guess work out of our shipments making everything very predictable

5. The customer support has been outstanding

What do you dislike about innovtrack?

1. We wish it had an even more interactive UI but are told they are working on that

2. Occasionally it takes a little time to load the report though can't say for sure if it is the application or our system speed as most times it is not an issue. Transactional data though is very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is innovtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we were in the dark about our shipments once they had left the warehouse. Now we have real time information on them and on the condition of our products which enables us to improve customer service and take immediate corrective action if we discover anything out of the ordinary. The interactive UI provides real time information about product condition and any outliers send separate alerts which also helps us organize our shipments a lot better. We know now the exact location, temperature, humidity, dew point, lumens, G-forces, tilt and slope values. Most of our products require one or more of these parameters and it has been very helpful to get them all together. This has enabled us to pin point the exact responsibility with the shippers and also internally when any breakage or delays happen. The live dashboard is another plus.
