What do you like best about Innovative Employee Solutions (IES)?
I really enjoy having the backend payroll handled completely, so I don’t have to worry about it. I also like having onboarding and legal compliance covered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Innovative Employee Solutions (IES)?
I do wish that IES took more accountability when there has been a mistake somewhere. We're all human and understand things happen but I do not like that it seems to be a theme for IES employees to try to pass blame onto their colleagues or onto us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
