What do you like best about Innovation Minds Enterprise?

I primarily use Innovation Minds Enterprise for performance management and really appreciate its intuitive nature and AI assistance. The AI features stand out, providing great help with submitting OKRs, managing work progress, and offering real-time manager coaching and performance reviews. The AI assistance is a favorite among our employees/managers for goal writing, review writing, calibration, and bonus planning. The ai tool IM Wizzy is handy and can be used whenever needed. I also like having a dedicated customer success manager who is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which is especially valuable with new vendors. What do you dislike about Innovation Minds Enterprise?

I think Innovation Minds Enterprise could improve by adding more libraries and templates for goals. Currently, the AI works well when you provide a prompt to streamline and enhance it, but having goal templates available would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
