The tool is very comprehensive for landlords to use. I can set up multiple properties, add various tenants, set up different leases for the same property for different contract terms, send invoices to tenants, reminders about overdue bills, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a slight learning curve when first using the program but it is easy enough for anyone to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
