Some qualified tenants do not want to pay for the application fee because there’s no guarantee of acceptance. Or there should be a feature that allows the landlord to enter the applicants info without the historical verification of the applicant. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of expenses and income are tremendously helpful. Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue. Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question. To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account. I like that I'm able to use Innago with properties that have section 8 tenants as that can normally make things tricky but the way Innago treats those makes it easy to manage and bill. **What do you dislike about Innago?** Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items. Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports. Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing Rental Property for either short term, mid term, or co-living. Being able to handle section 8 tenants is also something that is important and separating properties by units is very helpful. ### 13. I like how customizable it is over other software. I can edit the fine details such as how I want the rent payment received, what bank account it goes in to, if I accept the rent early, how the late fee is calculated. I can use signature fields for any lease I want, and there is an app for both the landlord and the tenants. I can do my book keeping there. **What do you dislike about Innago?** Make it easier to drop the signature fields in the lease editor. For example, every time I copy "landlord signature" it always put's it on the top of the page, not where I clicked paste. This is such a small gripe, everything else is great! **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps me in so many ways.
