What I like most about InMotion Hosting is the combination of flexible dedicated server options and responsive technical support. The Sales team took the time to understand my infrastructure requirements, and Support was willing to involve their NetOps team when I encountered a private VLAN networking issue. For a more advanced environment using multiple dedicated servers and Proxmox, having access to people who can troubleshoot issues beyond the basic hosting layer is particularly valuable. The main area for improvement is documentation and communication around custom networking. The Back-LAN/VLAN setup required some back and forth with Support to determine the correct configuration and troubleshoot the initial issue. Having the proper networking specifications up front would reduce setup time. That said, this is a more advanced configuration that may not be needed frequently.
