What do you like best about InMotion Hosting?

Their support team is amazing. I've used them for both personal projects, and have always encouraged the businesses I work for to use them.

Most recently I had an issue where my website was experiencing downtime, and their support team stepped in and helped me get everything back up and running. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just solve the immediate problem—they took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue and what I could do if it happened again. That kind of support is incredibly valuable, especially when you’re responsible for keeping a website online.

Their support has always been 100% responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I’ve needed them. They’ve never let me down, and this most recent experience was another great example of why I’m happy to have them as my hosting provider.

What do you dislike about InMotion Hosting?

I can't say I've experienced anything about their hosting plans or support that has caused me to say I dislike them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InMotion Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

They offer affordable hosting plans. I have a VPS that has worked great for the last few years with no issues whatsoever. Their support, as I previously stated, is also amazing. Even when I was setting up one website once, I ran in to some issues related to PHP memory usage. Their support team helped me review error logs and adjust settings to make the issues go away.
