I like the possibility of using server control panels, where I can choose which panel to use. Particularly, I use CWP7.pro, and this makes it much easier for me to use the server and all the services. The reliability of the platform is another thing I appreciate, as it has very few service outages. Additionally, the technical support is very agile, resolving issues in less than 30 minutes. This means I cannot install updates for control panels or newer versions of operating systems because they run on slightly older hardware.
