What do you like best about INKY Email Security Platform?

INKY brings an incredibly innovative approach to email security. Its biggest strength is the AI-driven computer vision and GenAI that catches sophisticated brand forgery and impersonation attempts that traditional legacy filters miss. What truly sets it apart, however, is the interactive color-coded banner system. Rather than just silently blocking emails, these banners actively educate users on why a message is suspicious, effectively turning our workforce into a proactive layer of defense. It integrates seamlessly with our existing environment and drastically reduces the time our service desk spends investigating false alarms and managing quarantine queues. What do you dislike about INKY Email Security Platform?

Because the platform's visual and behavioral detection engines are so aggressive at identifying potential impersonation, it can occasionally trigger aggressive warning banners on legitimate internal or partner emails. This requires some ongoing tuning and whitelisting early on. Additionally, some of the backend policy and reporting customizations aren't quite as granular as those found in larger, legacy enterprise secure email gateways, though this is a fair trade-off for its user-focused effectiveness. INKY solves the problem of highly sophisticated phishing, brand impersonation, and account takeover attacks routinely bypassing standard email filters. It actively analyzes incoming messages for subtle anomalies and visual brand forgeries. By embedding dynamic color-coded warning banners directly into the inbox, it addresses the challenge of end-user security awareness by coaching them in real-time before they click malicious links. The primary benefit is a significant reduction in successful phishing incidents and a massive decrease in manual IT investigation time for our support engineers.
