What do you like best about Ingeniux?

What stands out the most about Ingeniux is the high level of customer service - from the initial research stage to reviewing specs and implementation to the amazing support when you become a partner - every phase of interaction with Ingeniux either complements or improves your web strategy and product. What do you dislike about Ingeniux?

There are improvement in taxonomy association ordering that could be made, but this is a minor blip in the grand scheme of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ingeniux:

Pay attention to the way the Ingeniux staff works through the implementation process and how they break down information within page types and components, this will come in extremely handy when building out pieces of your own later. Then, immerse yourself in the training and punch list aspect of the launch. If you're an admin, it behooves you to dig into the product as deeply as you can. What problems is Ingeniux solving and how is that benefiting you?

The question of how to manage the website for an entire university with only a three-person staff was the largest we faced before implementing Ingeniux, but with an outside web help triage system, clearly delineated tasks, and a modest amount of trained users across campus, there isn't anything we can't do on the web. The efficiency of making and managing changes within the CMS frees the three main web workers to do more specific skill-based strategic tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
