What do you like best about INGENIOUS.BUILD?

I have found, as an Owner's Representative, that Ingenious is a great tool to manage design, permitting, bidding to general contractors, managing the project budget, schedule, contracts management and sharing files and all project information with my clients. It is easy to use and there are plenty of tutorials to guide you through anything that can't easily be figured out. The very best thing I love, though, is the customer service. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and they listen to me when I have constructive feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INGENIOUS.BUILD?

As with any PMIS package, there is a learning curve and I've made a couple of mistakes when setting up my first projects. That said, the learning curve for Ingenious has been so much shorter than I have experienced in the past with eBuilder or Procore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is INGENIOUS.BUILD solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was spending too much time trying to manage my information instead of managing my projects. Once I have properly set up my jobs in Ingenious.Build, I am spending about 20% of the time I used to in managing the data and reporting to my client that I used to.
