**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I use INFUSE to distribute our content to our key audiences. We've been using INFUSE for five years and felt they were the strongest partner possible due to their large distribution network and ability to identify core audience members. Working in a niche market, it can be hard to find the right people, but INFUSE has been super helpful in generating engagement and demand within this audience. They do a good job of translating the content we provide into concise, clear assets that deliver immediate value to our audience. Finally, I've enjoyed their emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction. They're very reactive and responsive to our needs as they change and evolve.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I appreciate how INFUSE helps grow our marketing database through lead generation campaigns. They are thorough and meticulous, ensuring the delivery of leads that are relevant to us. INFUSE checks on geotargeting, lookalike companies, and how leads are presented to us. They go the extra mile to pre-qualify leads, ensuring they are warm and relevant through intent signaling and verifying needs with their business engagement team. They see through every part of the campaign from planning to delivery and also feedback. INFUSE conducts check-ins to ensure the leads are relevant and collects any feedback from us, which makes me confident to continue our partnership.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

INFUSE has been very thorough and detailed in the whole planning and execution process, perhaps there can be more transparency when it comes to the business engagement team and their calling methodologies.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I love the quality of the leads and the fact they match our ICP with INFUSE. I find the service from the team to be extremely helpful, friendly, proactive, and supportive. Our account manager is Jasmin and she is incredibly helpful, positive and a delight to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and she really goes out of her way to deliver the best service possible. She is also incredibly warm and friendly, and engages really well with our whole. If we're not happy with the leads, they come back and guide us through the whole process, checking in regularly. It's really supporting our lead generation and nurture programs well.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I think there's the challenge that the leads generated by content syndication are just not warmed up enough to pass directly onto the sales team. So there is a bit of a gap between those two things. But we've put nurture programs and other things in place to bridge that gap.

**What problems is INFUSE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use INFUSE for lead generation and content syndication. It effectively pushes our brand name and generates quality leads that match our ICP, supporting our lead generation and nurture programs.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I like the variety of programs that Infuse offers from content syndication, a meeting set program, advertising, survey program. In addition, the 6sense integration is huge as that keeps our lists fresh dynamically and helps with our lean team. It really supports our demand generation efforts, especially with a lean team. Having their support has been great for driving awareness and engagement with our content, and their integration with 6sense helps us focus our advertising tightly on our ICP. Everyone I've met at INFUSE has been wonderful, supportive, and willing to help, especially in making sure the creatives are right and on brand for Swinlane. They've also been great partners, helping us see the results we need and providing excellent support. Their sales team has been great at offering different options and guidance, creating a program that works better for our needs.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I think that the creative piece has been really helpful, but sometimes I wish that I could maybe share a little bit more direction before they get started. That might clarify and clean things up as far as us having as many rounds of revisions.

**What problems is INFUSE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use INFUSE to drive awareness and engagement to capture demand with content syndication, set meetings, and boost engagement for my BDR teams. It helps surround our buyers effectively and gather prospect information with surveys, improving follow-ups and demand generation.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

1. The entire MQL generation process is well established and proven. 

2. Their campaign channels are very effective where they can easily reach out to thousands of our target prospects. 

3. Also, the cadence and reporting mechanism is great, especially the visibility maintained through the demand accelerator dashboard. 

4. The team is very receptive of our suggestions and always ready to help us out.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

Nothing much so far.. Perhaps the MQL could be qualified a little more, so we can identify and prioritize the really good ones.

**Recommendations to others considering INFUSE:**

Go for it.. It works well for both demand generation and brand visibility. You can integrate INFUSE outcomes to your other marketing initiatives such as multi-channel retargeting for amplified results.

I really value the positive energy they bring, along with their genuine care for performance and openness to trying new ideas. The team is responsive, easy to work with, and open to feedback, which makes campaign optimization straightforward. It feels like a collaborative partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

There aren’t any real downsides specific to INFUSE. The only consideration is the nature of content syndication itself, it’s a colder channel, so brand recall can be lower compared to other sources. That’s inherent to the tactic, not the partner.

The more precise you are about your targeting and what success looks like, the better the outcomes will be. I’d also recommend staying in close communication and consistently providing feedback so you can adjust and refine the strategy over time.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I am satisfied with the quality of work that Infuse is doing. Their consultative approach in understanding the needs and objectives of our campaigns has been really helpful. Infuse supports in introducing a product to the market through a combination of awareness and demand generation activities, including email campaigns and paid media. I appreciate their accuracy in suggestions and the weekly sharing of campaign results, which has been helpful. The methodology of Infuse is valuable because it is clear on achieving market awareness, generating leads, and nurturing those leads until they mature. Also, their offer to support our business development team with best practices for lead progression has been a great addition to our collaboration. Infuse has helped us with the first layer of the lead management workflow, which involves creating marketing-qualified leads. We saw good outcomes in the pilot phase in the UAE market, which encouraged us to expand into new markets across Africa.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I think I'd like to see the new leads week to week, but I would like also to see a combined report where it shows all leads from the beginning of the campaign. So everything is clear on the reporting.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I appreciate using INFUSE for lead generation and tapping into markets where we don't have regional marketing teams, especially in GDPR compliant areas. INFUSE helps us translate our brand philosophy and lead generation guidelines into something more region-specific, and it has been crucial for our pipeline generation. I also find their client service and availability across time zones impressive. They remain calm during crisis management and deliver despite regional and time differences. The 'two touch' lead gen offering is particularly beneficial, adding significantly to our pipeline. INFUSE's deliverables are always timely. We are exploring more offerings, like webinars and event management.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I don't think much, but they could get a little more innovative in the B2B space. They could potentially start contributing more towards building on top of our brand's philosophy and diversifying the campaigns and suggesting a lot more on the creative and design aspects.

With their global presence and regional APAC support structure, INFUSE should be able to meet most customer requirements. Client should share as much relevant background information, clear campaign objectives and business goals to derive campaign tactics that can optimize results. Review their sample database for your target country/customer segments to have a gauge on the total addressable market for alignment. Also enquire on their past experience with working on certain industry or products.

**What problems is INFUSE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to create awareness and generate leads from digital marketing campaign for a SEA country, targeting specific customer segments and promoting my product line. They have provided sample database prior to the program as reference and involved in recommendations for the campaign criteria. They provided quality asset contents for the campaign.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I really appreciate INFUSE's innovative approach to accounts and their customer service, which is a delight. I don't have to think twice before getting started with them. They are very helpful in designing campaigns and understanding the needs and objectives, which helps with my KPIs and the company's objectives. Their services, especially high-impact content syndication and lead acceleration programs, are crucial for getting GDPR-compliant net new names into our system. This not only complies with data protection standards but also qualifies leads as marketable, increasing our top-of-the-funnel engagement. INFUSE stands out because they understand the business objectives and industry needs very well. They've been in the industry for a while and understand customer needs, which encourages me to expand the partnership further.

I think, of late, I would require them to be more innovative in how the industry markets. We can leverage AI ethically in our marketing campaigns, be it lead acceleration or some sort of another innovation that other companies, like B2C companies, are approaching AI with. So that is something that we would want INFUSE to focus on going forward.

INFUSE helps us navigate GDPR compliance, making it easier to add new, compliant leads into our system. This increases our top-of-the-funnel engagement by facilitating content syndication and lead acceleration, moving more people through our marketing funnel.
