I like how Infrrd can process around 2000 to 2500 pages per hour, which greatly simplifies the process and means that instead of waiting months for the results, we can have them in days. We had a series of setbacks at the beginning that were due to differences in the way Infrrd was interpreting our needs versus what we actually needed. Fortunately, those initial problems were quickly resolved with the support of the Infrrd team. Additionally, during user testing, any errors that arose were generally resolved in a short time by the team; although there was one error that remained open for about three weeks, it was the only one that took that long.
