**What do you like best about Infotools?**

A vast experience, as well as how this software includes different data sources.

**What do you dislike about Infotools?**

Greater diffusion of their tutorials on video platforms, also have greater diffusion and more collaboration on the part of the users creating these.

**What problems is Infotools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way in which it includes the processing of data, making its analysis much easier

data exploration and analysis tools include drag and drop table creation, great for both adv and new users to explore and look at data

**What do you dislike about Infotools?**

pricing, and Some limitations in what types of charts we can display

**Recommendations to others considering Infotools:**

Once installed, the platform is great. It's intuitive and works on a number of levels from senior management 1-pager down to analyst. Invest in training from vendors or companies to get started

**What problems is Infotools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

self service, able to run analysis quickly to support agile business needs and other requests from stakeholders
