What do you like best about Infoset?

Excellent support via phone & email. Infoset has eased how our company operates. We use their virtual switchboard for receiving customer calls and live chat for answering our support tickets. Our operators are doing a great job with handling the incoming call traffic. We have implemented the chatbot functionality in our website and received very good feedback. What do you dislike about Infoset?

It's hard to give feedback on dislikes as we have not faced any so far. We hope there won't be any issues in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infoset solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Easier to handle incoming calls from our customers. We no longer have to transfer them to multiple agents or departments to answer their queries. The calls now get routed to the relevant department instantly through the virtual switchboard. I also have to mention that our operators have improved significantly in their handling skills with the help of this product. We now receive more inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis compared to before implementing Infoset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
