In full transparency, we've been using ISI (Infortel) simply for our E911 call accounting, to make sure we comply with our emergency services requirements to notify a group of any emergency calls placed and the location of the call. I'm delighted with the application as it stands, but that's because I'm only using it to comply with e911 requirements. I am looking forward to a more robust call history archive, trunk traffic analysis, reports into employee productivity, remote location management to solve for the e911 issue for remote agents, cradle-to-grave call tracking, and abuse and misuse detection, among other features.
