"Effortless Microsoft Tenant Baselining, Deployments, and Reporting in Inforcer"

What do you like best about inforcer?

The platform makes it easy to deploy baselines across Microsoft tenants, including Intune, IAM, SharePoint, and now even data governance.

Separately, being able to manage clients’ Microsoft tenants in the Inforcer portal, with clear action logging, really makes the platform feel next-generation.

Something also worth mentioning is the ability to run reports against the tenant to get an idea of where that specific tenant stands compared to the baselines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

This isn’t exactly Inforcer-related, but I’ve noticed the “delayed” responsiveness when loading a Microsoft tenant can be hit or miss. Sometimes it loads quickly and other times it’s slow, with no consistent load time. That seems to be more on the Microsoft side.

One thing I dislike that is specific to Inforcer is that when policies are pushed to the tenant, they sometimes error out. It can take some digging to figure out what’s actually causing a policy to fail to push. In some cases it’s easier to identify, but the error messages don’t always provide a clear or consistent reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with server-to-cloud migrations and lets me push policies (with an “alignment check”) with just a few button presses. The biggest problem it solves for migrations is that I don’t have to spend nearly as much time creating and refining policies for Windows, macOS, MAM, IAM, etc. Instead, I can test once, use that as a baseline, and then roll it out to all clients we have active projects with.
