What do you like best about Infor POS?

Infrastructure is handled by dedicated professional staff allowing our brand to focus on business rather than technology. We switched over to them in 2007 and haven't looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor POS?

The primary interface is your web browser, sometimes this can be an issue if the browser is updated and internal changes are applied to the browser (Chrome or IE) and you need to switch to a different browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infor POS:

Super customization with 3rd party software is not allowed to the system however for us this is not an issue, we've been able to install coupon gateways using https and it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infor POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business problems were vast, we had about 5 different POS in the field in the stores and half did not connect to the polling server properly usually with an issue at the store. The POS at the time was not hardened allowing the stores to make changes, to price and product. Vivonet solved this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
