What do you dislike about Infocon Systems?

Infocon's billing model is based on file size rather than document count, which makes costs unpredictable as our EDI volume grows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infocon Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

They manage our EDI translation and connectivity with retailers, handling the transaction flow between our 3PL and different retail systems. This lets us stay compliant with EDI requirements (POs, ASNs, invoices) without building and maintaining that infrastructure in-house. As we've scaled, a dedicated EDI provider has let us focus on operations and growth instead of managing EDI mapping and troubleshooting ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
