What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Influitive helps build an engaged customer community that drives referrals, retention reviews, references, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities AT SCALE. Previously, our customer advocates were scattered across the organization in the hands of several people (sales, customer success, etc.). Influitive enabled us to bring them together in one place where they could be nurtured and supported in an informal environment. We educate them, offer support, have fun, ask questions, and get feedback, all while building their professional and personal profiles. This allows us to strategically pull "asks" from them.
