What do you like best about Inflowave?

The bulk Meta Ads campaign management and AI automation engine are easily my favorite features. When you're managing 103 ad accounts, even a small repetitive task becomes a massive time sink. With Inflowave, we can reuse campaign structures across multiple clients while the system handles client-specific details like locations, offers, ad copy and other campaign variables. What impressed me most was that it doesn't just duplicate everything blindly. The AI helps adapt campaigns for each client, and we can review the setup before anything goes live. We originally looked at Inflowave for advertising automation, but ended up replacing GoHighLevel because of how much else was available. The unified inbox, CRM, pipelines and workflow automation meant we didn't need to keep stitching different systems together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inflowave?

There's definitely a learning curve. Inflowave has a lot of features, and getting familiar with everything takes some time, particularly when you're moving over from GoHighLevel. I'd also like to see more advanced bulk editing options and deeper reporting inside the Ads Manager. For certain detailed campaign breakdowns, I still find myself opening Meta Ads Manager. That said, the time saved on repetitive campaign work makes those relatively minor inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inflowave solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage 103 Meta advertising accounts across our clients, and campaign setup used to be one of our biggest operational headaches. We were using GoHighLevel for our CRM and automations, but a lot of the actual advertising work still required jumping between tools and repeating the same processes for every client. After switching to Inflowave, that changed significantly. We can build campaign templates, reuse them across client accounts and let the AI automation engine handle most of the repetitive setup. Instead of manually creating campaigns, ad sets and ads for every client, we can initiate the process in a few clicks and review the results.
