What do you like best about Infinite Connect?

As a business with a primarily remote workforce, keeping in touch with each other across the country – and oceans – is a critical priority for us. We’ve used disparate products before, like Slack for team messaging, GoToMeeting for video/audio conferencing, and Ringcentral for phone/fax service.

Infinite Connect is a consolidated platform that has all the features we’re used to in one integrated package. Using them lets us meet our needs with one single service, saving money every month in subscription fees. Whether we’re in an office, a coworking space, or a WFH environment, Infinite Connect helps us work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinite Connect?

Everything has been excellent so far, though we have not tried out several features yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infinite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team is separated by cities, states, and even entire continents and they work out of different settings - physical offices, co-working spaces and homes. Being able to work together seamlessly without hurdles is critical for us to be able to deliver the high-quality work our clients expect from us.

Previously, we met these needs with a suite of different apps, but they don't always integrate with each other as smoothly as we'd like. Infinite Connect lets us toss the vast majority of these apps in favor of a single unified service.
