Amber gives us a real-time view of our employee engagement and possible concerns. With Amber, it's easier to make employee listening more personalized, and time-sensitive. Since Amber takes care of the regular touch-ins with the employees to ask them how they are, it's one less thing for us in HR to worry about, and it saves up time since we have a couple of hundreds of employees. Currently, I find it tedious to check one by one who among the employees I've dropped important notes on. These are non-PTM employees, so finding their names one by one can be a struggle especially since I wasn't able to write them down in my notes, or tag them immediately as part of the watchlist.
