After using a range of products from InEight, including Compliance, Completions, Document, and Project Suite, the thing I've come to like best is the functionality and versatility of the Completions/Compliance and Document. The ability to completely customize these products to meet unique project requirements has been an excellent asset to our diverse work scopes. The interface of Document is generally quite intuitive, and the dynamic folder structure makes locating required documents incredibly quick and easy. Their search within view files is also a great feature. Using the document workflow has allowed for streamlining of many processes that were previously much more manual. The integration between Completions/Compliance and Document is also an excellent feature that allows events and tasks from Completions/Compliance to flow directly to Document, without manual intervention. At times, new features seem to be released with adequate testing. This can result in unanticipated implications/disruptions to other areas of the product that cause issues with normal daily processes.

It is sometimes difficult to resolve support cases, resulting in long wait times if support is not able to replicate the issue on their end. Sometimes things that seem to be glitches or bugs are identified as enhancements, rather than something requiring a fix, and these can take years to be implemented.
