What do you like best about Indy?

After the installation of this software in our company we have seen a drastic change in our productivity and efficiency. The most pleasant aspect of Indy is the user-friendly feature; it has simplified work around here. What do you dislike about Indy?

There is nothing that I have a problem with when it comes to Indy, but sometimes there are technical hitches that can slow docket down. However it remain a technical support team via web chat, phone call etc that is always ready to assist us in correcting any of these mistakes within the shortest time possible. What problems is Indy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company has benefitted immensely from Indy since it can be used in solving organisational and communication challenges. Due to the major characteristics, including the project management, task scheduling and real time cooperation features, we could manage to advance our efficiency and consequently boosts up the success rate of the respective projects.
