What do you like best about indigitall?

What I like most about indigitall is that it makes it very easy to manage communications with users. The platform is fast, intuitive, and you don't need to complicate things to launch campaigns or notifications. The most useful feature is the ability to segment and send personalized messages without having to go through long processes. Everything is quite automated and that saves a lot of time. The biggest advantage is that it centralizes everything in one place: notifications, analysis, configuration, and tracking. What do you dislike about indigitall?
