I use IndicaOnline POS for my online delivery service, and it really helps with the day-to-day hassle of accounting by saving on paperwork and headaches. It's very user-friendly, which is something I like a lot. I also enjoy the driver's app, which saves a lot of time during cash outs at the end of the night. I would like to see more options on the back end for accounting and inventory management. Also, more options for driver payment instead of just hourly would be great. Some kind of commission-based pay or a flat rate for the drivers and dispatch would be beneficial. The integration with Claude AI is kinda hit or miss.
