**What do you like best about IndicaOnline POS?**

I use IndicaOnline POS for my online delivery service, and it really helps with the day-to-day hassle of accounting by saving on paperwork and headaches. It's very user-friendly, which is something I like a lot. I also enjoy the driver's app, which saves a lot of time during cash outs at the end of the night. It's pretty much streamlined as long as the correct information is put into the system, and I find it very reliable.

**What do you dislike about IndicaOnline POS?**

I would like to see more options on the back end for accounting and inventory management. Also, more options for driver payment instead of just hourly would be great. Some kind of commission-based pay or a flat rate for the drivers and dispatch would be beneficial. The integration with Claude AI is kinda hit or miss. There was also a bit of a learning curve initially for someone who's never worked with a POS system before.

**What problems is IndicaOnline POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IndicaOnline POS saves me the day-to-day hassle of accounting, eliminating paperwork and headaches. It's user-friendly and makes cash outs quicker with its streamlined system, provided the correct information is input. The driver's app is reliable and saves time.
