I like how user-friendly Indeed Hiring Platform is. The job board page and resume database give me an overview that isn’t overwhelming or complicated. On the employer job board, I get a clean list of active jobs, how many people have applied, how many are awaiting review or have been reviewed, each job’s budget campaign, and who posted it from my company. It’s clean, simple, and exactly what we want to see. Setup was very simple and easy. I’ve been through many reps, most of them not great, but the rep I have now, Tyler Valvus, is amazing. I think Indeed Hiring Platform needs to keep working on its AI features, and I’d like better candidate filtering. I also don’t like when products or features are released, taken away, and then brought back at an extreme cost. Skilled job seekers and admins aren’t commonly found on Indeed anymore, so I’ve added other hiring platforms to help fill that gap.
