I like the clear, front-facing visibility of the vacation balances for the staff, paired with the easy roster export tool. From an administrative side, being able to pull a clean formatted Excel or PDF version of the master schedule with just a couple of clicks is an absolute lifesaver when we need to share the week's coverage with upper management or print out physical sheets for the floor gates. The biggest limitation for us is that the platform completely leaves out critical attendance data. Like tracking permission-based short absences or showing how many disciplinary or attendance points an employee has accumulated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
