What do you like best about Incydr?

One thing that stands out to me with Incydr is how much information it brings together without making the interface feel overly complicated. The dashboards are easy to follow, and the way activity and risk information is presented makes regular monitoring more manageable.

It also works well as part of a wider security environment, which is helpful when other tools are already in use. I’ve found the platform responsive during normal monitoring and investigation, and the reporting gives useful information without requiring too much manual effort.

From a cost and ROI standpoint, the biggest advantage is the time saved when reviewing unusual activity and investigating possible data exposure. The initial onboarding requires some configuration and familiarization, but the overall setup is manageable. What do you dislike about Incydr?

The main area I would like to see improved is the amount of information available when investigating activity. While having detailed data is useful, it can sometimes take a little effort to narrow everything down to the specific event or user activity that matters.

I also think the setup could be more guided for someone using the platform for the first time. Some of the configuration and policy options take time to understand, so clearer onboarding examples would make the initial experience easier.

On the reporting side, having more flexibility to customize dashboards and automatically surface the most important findings would be helpful. What problems is Incydr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incydr helps address a problem that can be difficult to manage manually: understanding when normal user activity could turn into a potential data-security issue. It gives us a way to monitor data movement and user behavior so unusual activity can be investigated before it becomes a larger concern.

One practical benefit is that it reduces the need to manually piece together information from different sources when reviewing an event. The analytics and risk context make it easier to prioritize which activity deserves attention, while the dashboards and reporting help with ongoing monitoring.

It can also complement other security tools through integrations, which is useful when building a broader security workflow. From a business perspective, the value comes from reducing investigation time and improving visibility into potential data exposure.
