What do you like best about InCruiter?

What I like most about InCruiter is the way it adds structure and consistency to the entire hiring process. The platform streamlines interview scheduling, coordination, and execution, which saves time and cuts down on manual work. Features such as live video interviews, calendar management, and customizable branding help improve recruiter efficiency while also creating a better experience for candidates. It’s straightforward to use and doesn’t require much training to get started. Overall, it makes recruitment feel more organized, professional, and dependable. What do you dislike about InCruiter?

What I dislike about InCruiter is that some features could be more flexible and customizable to better fit specific or complex hiring workflows. At times, the more advanced settings aren’t very intuitive, and I may need help from support to configure them properly. I also think the reporting and analytics section could be improved to deliver deeper, more actionable insights. What problems is InCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

InCruiter addresses several common hiring challenges, such as interview scheduling conflicts, inconsistent interview processes, and the heavy manual coordination that often comes with recruitment. By automating scheduling, supporting structured live video interviews, and centralizing the overall recruitment workflow, it saves a significant amount of time and effort. It also helps ensure consistency and transparency across interviews, which in turn improves hiring quality. From the candidate side, the experience feels smoother and more professional as well.
