What do you like best about Incode?

What I like best about Incode is how seamlessly it integrates with existing systems for user onboarding and verification. In our company, we’ve used it to automate customer identity checks, and it has significantly reduced verification time. The accuracy of document scanning and face matching is excellent, and the platform’s API is easy to implement. It also scales well for handling high user volumes without slowing down performance. What do you dislike about Incode?

Sometimes the verification process can be overly strict with less common ID formats, leading to extra manual reviews. The admin dashboard could also be more intuitive, as certain reports and logs take a few clicks to find.
