What do you like best about incident.io?

incident.io is an integrated platform that provides all the tools necessary to run an incident program within the modern company. The UI/UX are extremely intuitive and take little or no upfront training to make immediate use of the product. Integrations are plentiful and cover the wide variety of expected tools. The support, onboarding, and ongoing development velocity are highlights. Our questions are answered transparently and honestly within hours/days, not weeks. It is surprising and refreshing how often the weekly changelogs include previous asks and even great things we didn't ask for yet. The basic agent that comes with the Response platform is helpful and cuts down on time needed for basic docs/help interactions or other supporting functions. What do you dislike about incident.io?

What problems is incident.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a flexible and reliable set of incident tooling to allow us to move quickly. That flexibility allows us to customize the tooling for our business and drive a consistent incident response program that evolves as we learn and grow our business. We had struggled with minimal features with our previous tooling and vendors - and incident.io has provided a great set of tools that work seamlessly together.
