What do you like best about Incapsulate?

Incapsulate was easy to reach and quick to respond. They were flexible with the timeline we had set when we needed to make changes. The goals we set were met within a timely matter. What problems is Incapsulate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrated Zoom Call Center with Salesforce to enable real-time phone support, routing inquiries to Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents. Enabled seamless support for Web, Email, Phone and VoiceMail to case to ensure all channels are supported.
