What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I really appreciate Inboxkit's support, which is top-tier and always quick to respond. They take time to explain things properly, and if I need more help, I can easily book a call for the next day. It reassures me that I'm not left on my own when something goes wrong. Additionally, the deliverability is great, helping me achieve up to 5% reply rates on my campaigns. Setting up accounts is straightforward without major issues, and any problems get resolved swiftly by their support team. What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

The UI can be confusing sometimes, like trying to find certain things is a bit complex. It would be helpful if things were easier to navigate. It would also be great if there was a feature where you could give commands and someone could set things up in your account, rather than having to do it manually.
