I didn't like the use of wallet billing on top of mailbox slots.

I feel like they should charge for mailbox slots instead of using both that and the wallet credit system. Sometimes it leads to double billing but support sorts it out.

However they've changed their billing model to be flat pricing via wallet now so it's much more straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
